Our Assurance: Due to the personal-care nature of our artisanal soaps and holistic products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receipt at hello@alkemyforge.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will immediately ship a replacement at zero cost to you.
